Pick up from store
The products sold on the soracycling.com website are only sold online and unfortunately there is no option to pick up in store. Our address, which you will see on the contact page, is our production center and warehouse.
Orders created for gifts
If you are placing your order for a gift, you can contact us and we can prepare special packaging for the products in your order. In addition, additional information that the buyer can change the size of the products sent for all orders is sent as standard.
I did not receive an invoice for my order, what should I do?
Written invoices are not sent for your orders, your invoices are sent to the e-mail address you used when you placed the order online. If you have not received the e-mail, contact us and we will send you the invoice for your order by e-mail.
