All orders have a processing time of 1 to 3 days before shipping. Sora Cycling does not guarantee delivery on the same day, but delivery will be made as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. When the order cargo is delivered to the carrier, you will be informed by e-mail.

Shipping Options and Fees

Sora Cycling can deliver orders with 3 different cargo companies. (If appropriate, these options can be selected before payment depending on your country.)

  • Aras Cargo : Full tracking options are available for shipments within Turkey. You can find detailed information at https://www.araskargo.com.tr/ .

  • FedEx Express : Full tracking options are available for international shipments. Detailed information can be found at https://www.fedex.com/ .

    Estimated delivery time does not include; the day the order is shipped, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, as well as the time the shipment spends in customs clearance.

    If the customer thinks the shipment is lost or delayed, can be reached by e-mail .

    Sora Cycling will inquire for delivery for each order 30 days after the shipping date. It will not be possible to make inquiries 6 months after the date of shipment.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated depending on the size and weight of the order and can be viewed in detail on the payment page. Customs duties are not included in the shipping cost.

Shipping costs can be viewed before placing an order as they will be added to the subtotal price of the order on the payment page. Shipping costs depend on location so cannot be predicted until you provide us with the address the order is intended to arrive at.

  • Unfortunately, shipping fees cannot be refunded due to unpredictable delays caused by the transportation process.
  • Sora Cycling is not responsible for delivery times for orders shipped to rural areas.
  • Sora Cycling is not responsible for delays caused by delayed flights or airport closures.

International Shipping

Sora Cycling sends international cargo. For international orders, you can pay by credit card, payment by money order is another option to complete the order. International orders may require certain identification information required for customs clearance before they can be processed. If www.soracycling.com does not provide service to the address you want to order from, you can contact us. You can contact us by e-mail , we can add your country to the system and help you create your order. If shipping is not possible for your region, we will cancel your order and refund your completed payment.

Orders placed outside Türkiye, may be subject to customs duties. We do not charge our customers any fees for customs duties, our customers should also take care of this situation. You are responsible for importing your order (if there is any customs duties, additional taxes or additional fees charged by your country or the shipping company), otherwise it will be returned to us after a certain period of time determined by the specific carrier.

Sora Cycling is not responsible for items damaged or lost during international shipping or customs clearance, but we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier company.

Effect of customs procedures on shipping time and extra costs

All international shipments may experience possible delays due to customs and may incur additional customs duties. We have no control over and are not responsible for extra customs charges . Products are declared according to the value created when you place the order. By placing an international order through our web store, you understand that there may be additional customs duties and you agree to pay any applicable fees.

About delivery to Private Mailbox

Cargo companies cannot deliver the order to you if the address you give us is a private mailbox. In this case, we may need to contact you and request the address again.

Fast shipping
