If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Sora Cycling offers you the possibility to return the items in our Collectionprovided that they have been purchased directly through our website soracycling.com and you are within 14 calendar days since you received the order.

If you have purchased the product at one of the official points of sale Sora Cycling, please contact the shop to process the return.
Before starting the process of returning the product, please note that the items must be in their original packaging and must be in "AS NEW" condition, i.e. unwashed and unused and still have their label. Please ensure that the product is well packed in its original bag and protected with an opaque bag or box to avoid damage in transit so that it arrives in the perfect condition in which it was sent to avoid problems in this process.
CUSTOM Items, as well as PREORDER or TEAMSTORE items can not be returned.
HOW DO I START THE RETURN PROCESS
To start the return or cancellation process, log into your customer account. If you do not have an account, write to shop@soracycling.com indicating the email address you used to make the purchase and we will send you an invitation to create one.

Steps to be taken:
  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Find the order on which you want to make a return.
  3. Select "Request a refund".
  4. Indicate the reason for your return.
  5. Confirm the return.
  6. You will shortly receive an email with a return label and instructions.
Sora Cycling will bear the shipping costs in the case of worldwide returns, provided that the collection is scheduled by Sora Cycling and, in no case, if the customer has chosen a different shipping method or if the return is made from outside the aforementioned territories.
In the case of partial return of items that do not meet the minimum amount for an order with free shipping, Sora Cycling will refund the amount of the returned items, but subtracting the amount of the costs of the first shipment.
In any other case in which the shipping costs are paid by the customer, Sora Cycling will refund the amount of the item minus the amount of the shipping costs.
Any carrier other than those offered by Sora Cycling is at the customer's own risk. Sora Cycling is not liable for loss or damage by independent carriers.


EXCHANGES (ONLY SPAIN AND PORTUGAL)

    Sora Cycling offers you the possibility of to change the size of the articles of Collectionas long as they have been purchased directly through our website soracycling.com and you are within 14 calendar days since you received your order.

    Exchanges can be made between similar Collection products (*except Backroom), this means that size exchanges of the same product are accepted. If you would like a different product, please make a return for a refund and process a new order.

    * As an exception, for the discount items included in the Backroom section, it will only be possible to return the same, not to exchange size, due to the limited number of units available for these garments.

    HOW I START THE CHANGE PROCESS

    Sora Cycling accepts exchanges exclusively in Spain and Portugal free of charge. Sora Cycling will bear the shipping costs in case of exchanges in these areas, as long as the collection is scheduled by Sora Cycling and, in no case, if the customer has chosen a different shipping method or if the exchange is made from outside the aforementioned territories.

    CUSTOMIZED items, as well as PREORDER (pre-sale) or TEAMSTORE items will have no exchange option.

    HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MONEY?

    Sora Cycling offers 14 calendar days from the time the customer receives their order, once you start the return process and the product arrives at our facilities, we will proceed to review the items. Once it is verified that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, we will proceed to refund the corresponding economic amount within 7 working days.

    DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND REPAIRS

    We control the quality of each product. However, in minimal cases, there may be a manufacturing defect. If you believe that your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us through this form Warranties and repairs.

    Products damaged as a result of excessive use over a long period of time shall not be considered defective.
    Sora Cycling will bear the shipping costs in case of exchanges as long as the collection is scheduled by Sora Cycling within Spain and Portugal, and in NO case if the customer has chosen a different shipping method than the most economical one, or if the exchange is made outside the aforementioned territories. In cases where shipping costs are paid by the customer, Sora Cycling will provide a label with the address to which you must send the package, by your own means. If you need us to help you find a transport agency, you can ask us to do so.

    ORDER CANCELLATION PROCESS

    You can request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been processed. In other words, although payment has been made, the order has not left our premises.
